Registration for the second LACPass Connectathon is now open

The Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the American Network for Cooperation on eHealth (RACSEL), together with the National Center for Health Information Systems (CENS), inform that the technical registration is now open for interested countries to register for the Second LACPASS Conectathon to be held on November 12-14, 2023 in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

The initiative is part of the Regional Public Good project "Digital transformation in health to mitigate the effects of COVID-19 in Latin America and the Caribbean" and the "Convergence of cross-border interoperability initiatives for Latin America and the Caribbean" in which 15 countries are currently participating.

The details of the administrative and technical requirements of the registration process, which will last until September 29th of this year, were announced in a webinar led by IHE (Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise). During the webinar, the process was reviewed in detail in the Gazelle Test Management platform, which will be used to run the technical tests during the Conectathon in November. The technical objectives and tracks to be carried out in the different phases of the event and the roadmap of activities proposed for the event were also reviewed.
