Track 1 – Cross-Border Continuity of Care (IPS and Telehealth): This track is the cornerstone of regional clinical care and is divided into two critical components:

• Patient Summary (IPS LAC): Validate access to and continuous updating of essential clinical information in cross-border commuting scenarios, ensuring that the data follows the patient.

• Telehealth (Interconsultations): Enable the exchange of structured medical requests and orders between specialists in different countries to resolve complex clinical cases or cases involving patients in transit.

Track 2 – Digital Vaccination Certificates (GDHCN/ICVP): This track specifically focuses on the sovereignty and international validation of Yellow Fever immunization. The goal is to demonstrate the interoperability of these certificates under WHO's ICVP standards, facilitating the onboarding process to the global network (GDHCN).

Track 3 – Cross-Border Electronic Prescription: As a knowledge-dissemination exercise, this track explores the interoperability of the Digital Medical Prescription. It focuses on validating proofs of concept so that a patient can check their list of active medications and have them dispensed at pharmacies in a country different from the one that issued the prescription, promoting the use of international standards and the recognition of active ingredients.
