Its purpose is to facilitate a coordinated digital transformation,
based on horizontal technical cooperation and the exchange of good practices.
Through regional initiatives, knowledge production, and collaboration spaces
como Connectathon, the network consolidates shared learning and supports
national implementation processes. RACSEL acts as a convergence
technical and strategic platform, contributing to a more integrated, efficient
and people-centered digital health.
RACSEL is composed of the Governments of Latin America and the Caribbean, which appoint
national representatives to participate in the initiatives, technical spaces
and articulation processes promoted by the network.
Currently, the network has the participation of 17 countries:
Argentina, Belize, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala,
Honduras, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Dominican Republic, St. Lucia, Suriname, and Uruguay.
